The Flaw in the Corporate Blueprint

If your organisation relies on standard internet wisdom or mechanical formulas like the SBI (Situation, Behaviour, Impact) model, your feedback conversations are stuck in a reactive "First Responder" loop.Conventional wisdom treats feedback as a one-way transaction.
