Founded in 2002 by master coach and facilitator Terry Gray, Think Gray boosts clients’ efficacy, resiliency and work performance. Improving confidence leads to greater productivity at work and ultimately, to enhanced job satisfaction.
How? By tapping into your ‘flow’ – better understanding the conditions best suited to achieving individual success – we can help you hone your form, approach to, and outcomes at work and beyond.
Drawing on proven research in positive psychology, behavioural science and organisational effectiveness, our methods and models are built for results. Find out more about some of the research learnings underpinning our work here and about founding director Terry Gray here.
In 2015, Think Gray expanded to include counselling and psychotherapy services. This branch is run by Sophie Gray, whose qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Think Gray Psychotherapy offers both individual and group programs to increase our clients’ psychological wellbeing.
